I work at radioshack (no, I'm not going to say which one). We (radioshack) don't really give a shit about customers (you). All employees earn shitty pay unless they force cell phones and credit cards down customer throats.
People should know better than to shop at radioshack. It's their (and your) own damn fault for going there. Those who are dumb enough to shop there (you) deserve to get ripped off.
As soon as I find a better job, I'm out of there... but until then, the shack's all I have to pay bills. Radioshack will inevitably go out of business... until then quit shopping there, ya dumbass.

but most of what is available for the zune, including the zune itself is available at radioshack.com

I work at radioshack (no, I'm not going to say which one). We (radioshack) don't really give a shit about customers (you). All employees earn shitty pay unless they force cell phones and credit cards down customer throats.
People should know better than to shop at radioshack. It's their (and your) own damn fault for going there. Those who are dumb enough to shop there (you) deserve to get ripped off.
As soon as I find a better job, I'm out of there... but until then, the shack's all I have to pay bills. Radioshack will inevitably go out of business... until then quit shopping there, ya dumbass.

Just when you think you got your self a great product @ RadioShack! Think Again!
I saw this at RadioShack, And i must admit it was an impulse buy... But not totally... let me explain...
I have been Fiddling with BlueTooth Devices for about a year now. The sound Quality has been pretty shitty.
So i saw this... I mean Stereo, /w mic and built-in controls... It Appears to be a really great product.
So i bought the mo fo~! Threw down the Ol Debit card. 105.00 !
Brought it home Started testing... Nope Still does not cut the mustard.
Easy to set up, Fast Charge 90 min, Not to bad on comfort, Nifty design, Good Range.
How ever the most important things... Audio Quality, Mic Quality. (SHITTY/SHITTY)
I mean how fucking stupid do those Chinese bastards think we are. This Thing Costs Over a hundred
dollars and the 2 things that you need it for... Work like shit.
Anyways, I am going to be taking this back to the store tomorrow.

Unpleasant Customer Service experience.

Hello,
I was browsing the Radio Shack located in XXXXXXX,XX with-in the XXXXXX XXXXXX mall.
there was a male Rep and a female Rep and they were playfully flirting/rough housing.
Also, I was asking a question regarding the Microsoft " Zune " Portable Music player.
The Male Associate mentioned that apple products are garbage and that he can't believe
how " stupid " Radio Shack is for not carrying the Zune ,over the garbage iPods.
It seems every time i am in a radio shack there is always none to maybe one or possibly two customers.
I don't think you understand how serious this is.
I am no longer compelled to step into a Radio Shack ever again.
The Service is offensive, The Products are Cheap/Chineese, Prices are way
over priced..
Do you want to end up OUT of Business? This is the direction the company is heading
nobody cares about Radio Shack. To deal with experiences like mine, no wonder!
I am going to be posting this to the DIGG.COM and this email will spread very quickly.
Your only option is to Make Radio Shack the place to go. Great Products, Great Prices,
it's going to get worse before it gets better. Or it will just fail all together.

Ps: i walked into the " Dollar Tree " and i purchased what i needed a USB Cable that Goes from the computer
to a Digital Camera... At Radio Shack it was $19.99, i got it at the " dollar tree " for One Dollar plus tax.
And AA alkaline Batteries for 16pk for one dollar also.
